Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Silver Sage Psychotherapy website (the “Site”) operated by Silver Sage Psychotherapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Accessing or interacting with this Site does not create a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship. 6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silver Sage Psychotherapy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Site, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Silver Sage Psychotherapy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Modifications to the site and terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silver Sage Psychotherapy concerning the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
